1. What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund within 5 days of your purchase for any program with the 3-month and 1-year subscription plan, and 30 days for the lifetime subscription plan. This refund period is effective from the date of purchase. You can refer to refund policy page to learn more details about our refund policy.

2. When will get the license code after the purchase?

The license key will be sent to the email address you entered for the purchase shortly. If you do not receive the license key within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your Spam E-mail folder just in case it was incorrectly classified as spam.
In case you still have not received your license key, please contact us or commerce platform support to check if there might be a slight type error on the email address registered upon purchase which hindered you from receiving the download/license information.

3. What is auto-renew? And how to cancel it?

Any Video Converter now is subscription-based, meaning that your monthly or annual subscription (except for the lifetime plan) will be renewed by default at the end of your subscription term. If you don’t need it anymore, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.
You can contact our customer service to help you cancel the auto-renewal service.

4. I have renewed my subscription, why does my registration code become invalid?

After the renewal, you will receive an email with a new registration code, the new code is required to register the program again.

5. Can I continue to use the program after canceling my subscription?

If you cancel it during the subscription period, you can still use the program until the end of your subscription period. After cancelling the subscription, you will receive a confirmation email showing the expiration date of your license code. When the subscription period ends, the program will revert back to the trial version, repurchase will be required if you want to keep using the full version.

6. The actual price different from the price displayed on the website, why?

The prices displayed on our website are all excluding taxes. You may need to pay VAT varies by country. The renewal price is the same as the initial purchase price unless you get a discount from our discount promotions (we have discount promotions occasionally). The discounted price is only applied to the initial purchase. If you renew, the renewal subscription will be charged at the original price as displayed on our website.

7. How can I change the type of subscription and what changes will apply to the payment?

We only allow users to upgrade the subscription from the monthly plan to an annual plan on the same product. If you want to change the subscription plan, please contact our customer service. The remaining unused days of the current subscription will be calculated and converted to the remaining balance, which will be used to deduct the cost of the new subscription, and you will be charged the insufficient portion if applicable. Once the change of subscription confirmed, you will be charged (the difference) on the day, and pay the new subscription fees annually.

8. Can I upgrade to the lifetime license if I have purchased the subscription service by paying the price difference?

Not applicable, you have to purchase the lifetime license separately.
